Two weekly classes, both energetic, designed to strengthen and stretch the body, while calming the mind.

Wheel Yoga Wednesdays 6.15 – 7.15pm

This class uses a circular prop for many of the poses. It’s useful to help open the front body and challenge your balance in familiar poses. This class is more suited to those with familiarity with yoga or a good level of general fitness.

Whole Body Yoga Wednesdays 7.30 – 8.45pm

Each week the class will focus on a different area of the body, loosely based on the Chinese meridians.
